What you get:

  • STRUCTURE

    A custom-made program (based on your goals, schedule, other time and energy constraints, equipment availability, and preferences) that grows along with you. You’ll get a new training cycle every 4-8ish weeks.

  • ACCOUNTABILITY

    We’ll ask regularly for feedback on how your training is going and adjust the program accordingly. You’ll send us weekly notes and training videos. In return, we’ll send you videos with our guidance and coaching insights. Direct message us between weekly check-ins with any questions or concerns.

  • MEASURABLE PROGRESS TOWARD YOUR GOALS

  • Our custom online coaching prices range from $150 to $525 per 4 weeks, depending on how many days/week you want to train and how much video feedback you’d like.

    For example, three days/week with video feedback on one lift per session is $250 every four weeks.

  • Expect to hear back from us within 7 business days via email!

    *If it’s been longer than that, please try emailing us to double-check that we received your application at hi@liftwithhollyandarryn.com :)

    We’ll set up a video call to get to know each other and ensure we’re the right fit for you! We will ask more about your training history and goals and answer any questions about how the process works, pricing, etc.

    Then, if we confirm that it feels like a mutual YES, we will send you an invoice and a waiver and get you set up with a program!

  • Nope! The process is asynchronous, meaning we supply you with the program via a training app and then you do it on your own time.

    You’ll add your training notes and videos every week, and then we’ll look at those the following week responding via video message.

    You can also text us anytime through the app to ask questions, let us know you’re sick or going on vacay, or to say hi!

    This works great since there’s no scheduling involved, and it allows us to work together even if you’re halfway across the world!

  • You can stick with us for as long as you want. Billing is month to month.

    Strength training has always been my passion. I have scoliosis so I am obsessed with being strong to take care of my body to the best of my ability. When I decided to work with Holly and Arryn I had 2 goals at the time, #1 to work with Holly and support other women in the industry #2 to press the 24kg kettlebell.

    I became friends with Holly back in 2016 at a Kettlebell event in Portland Oregon. We were partners during the event and I quickly realized I was working with someone incredibly strong and skilled beyond my abilities at the time.     “8 months ago, I made the fortunate decision to hire Holly & Arryn as my strength coaches. Over that period (and this only a partial list!) I’ve learned ...and learned to love ...the windmill and bent press. I’ve made huge improvements to my front squat (which I couldn’t really do at all with 2 x 16kg when I began with them). I’ve learned the Hardstyle version of jerk, push press, and snatch, without losing my ability to jump back to sport style - rounding out my knowledge and skills. I’ve dialed in my Turkish get-up and have even learned several new fun variations and combos! I’ve increased my press to 16kg x 6-7 reps max (I could maybe get one good rep with the 16kg when I started). I’ve improved my chin-up technique (although, it’s still so damned hard to do more than 3!) And I’ve sharpened up my Hardstyle snatch technique...this has probably been the biggest challenge for me!

    So much can happen in 8 months every single day I’m excited to explore my skills, my stamina and my strength! Getting stronger-moving better-becoming more resilient- these things feel amazing! Working with such amazing coaches has also helped me to become a better coach myself.
