Welcome!

let’s create a

*kinder

fitness industry!

*Kind as in caring, thoughtful, compassionate, respectful, generous, neighborly, etc. (from Merriam Webster)

**”Kind-er” as in more of this^, and less shame-y, serious, rigid, patriarchal, elitist, dogmatic, dehumanizing, etc.

***A kinder fitness industry (to us) means a space where strength and movement is for everyone: artists, LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent people, immigrants, folks of all sorts of identities & intersections, those who didn’t grow up “athletic,” and anyone who has felt othered in gyms or other fitness spaces.

We’re here to say…

YOU BELONG HERE.

Training is for YOU as much as anyone else,

just as you are in this moment,

whether you “look the part” or not.

We envision a world where there is no “part” to look, because everyone knows that they can be BOTH authentically themselves AND feel like they belong within fitness spaces.

Join us in making this vision real.
