your strength endurance.

At the end of 8 weeks, you can choose to test (or not) with one of the following: a 5-minute snatch test, a 5-minute swing test, or a single-set rep max with a heavy KB. More details on testing toward the end...
In a nutshell:
2-3 days/week
Session length: 12-40 min excluding warmup
8 weeks long
Choose either 1-arm kettlebell snatches or swings
Equipment needed: 3 KBs (Light, Medium, & Heavy) *more details below
Optional test at the end - choose between a: 5-min snatch test, 5-min swing test, or single-set rep max with a heavy KB.
You’ll need three different (snatch or swing) training weights for the program:
Light: A size down from medium.
Medium: A weight you can do 15+ powerful reps with no technique drop-off.
Heavy: A size up from medium.
*If your medium is 24kg or heavier, then use 4kg jumps. If your medium is below 24kg, use 2kg jumps.
