Does this sound like you?

I DON’T KNOW HOW TO PROGRAM FOR MYSELF,

or

I KNOW HOW, BUT I PREFER NOT TO.

It takes too much time and mental energy that I would rather spend lifting or life-ing.

*Or you’re a coach who dreads writing yet another one!

  • I’m a somewhat (or very) experienced lifter with kettlebells, basic barbell lifts, and bodyweight exercises.

  • I want a sustainable program that helps me progress my lifts while supporting proper recovery, increasing my resilience to injury, & complimenting my other activities.

  • I wanna be part of a non-bro-y strength community with no pressure to change how my body looks.

  • I’m working on letting go of my “all-or-nothing,” perfectionistic training mindset. I want a program & coaches that encourage a more flexible, compassionate one.

  • I want to share what I learn with my clients & colleagues.

*A large percentage of folks in our groups are trainers themselves, but it is not a requirement to join.

  • Interesting, varied programming that helps me feel inspired to train and make sneaky gains is a love language ;)

Choose Your Cohort:

Kettlebell short stack:

Quick, Sweaty, & efficient (no barbells)

    • It is excellent for people who train at home and don’t have access to a barbell, or you prefer training with minimal equipment

    • Good if you’re in a phase of life where you need to spend less mental energy and setup time in your training (Ex: new parents, demanding work schedule) or you prefer quicker workouts

    • Sessions move at a relatively fast pace (think complexes, EMOMs, circuits, etc.) but still have smart rest periods ;)

    • This group will work on mobility, stability, power, strength, and conditioning.

  • You'll need kettlebells*, a pull-up bar, and resistance bands.

*A variety of KB pairs would be ideal, but you can make it work as long as you have a selection that’s light, medium, and heavy for you.

  • 45-60 minutes, including warmup.

We have no problem with you shortening them further if you don’t have that much time to train.

  • 3 days/week

  • Monthly subscription: $79

    Quarterly subscription (save 10%): $213

Annual subscription (2 months free): $790

*We also offer a pay-what-you-can option (check out the FAQs)

Eggs Bell-Addict:

Balanced mix of strength & conditioning with Kettlebells & barbells .

    • It’s for you if you love lifting heavier loads with both kettlebells & barbells and also want to prioritize conditioning.

    • Because we're working with barbells in addition to kettlebells, expect to use a bit more mental energy than you would with just KBs, more setup, and longer rest breaks.

    • This group will work on mobility, stability, power, strength, some hypertrophy, and conditioning.

  • You'll need a barbell, plates, rack, bench, kettlebells*, a pull-up bar, and resistance bands.

*A variety of KB pairs would be ideal, but you can make it work as long as you have a selection that’s light, medium, and heavy for you.

  • 45-75 minutes, including warmup.

Barbell moves are Mains, with kettlebells as sides for assistance & conditioning.

    • This group works on mobility, stability, power, strength, hypertrophy, and conditioning.

  • You'll need a barbell, plates, rack, bench, kettlebells*, a pull-up bar, and resistance bands.

    Briana, member since 2021

  • “My body has been surviving vs. thriving based on personal shit, not your programming. But I do feel like your program has allowed me to be consistent through the shit and not feel beaten down, so thank you!”

Meet your coaches

Hi, we’re Holly & Arryn!

Our (brief) background:

  • We each have 10+ years of experience as fitness professionals.

  • Before starting our online coaching biz in 2018, we worked in gyms as personal trainers, coaching folks 1:1 and teaching strength and conditioning classes. We also assistant-taught at multiple continuing education events for fellow fitness pros.

  • Through online personal training, we have helped dozens of fitness pros achieve rigorous kettlebell, barbell, and bodyweight instructor certifications and other amazing feats of strength and endurance.

    *Read lots of testimonials HERE!

  • In 2023, we taught five lifting workshops for coaches across the US.

    Learn more about us HERE.

Our philosophy:

training is meant to enhance

our multifaceted lives,

not take them over

Instead of writing rigid programs

(as we learned to do earlier in our careers),

we prefer to structure ours

with elements of flexibility.

That way, we can meet ourselves where we’re at each time we lift, no matter our energy level or time constraints.

This shift was born from witnessing so many clients (and ourselves) struggle to “stick to” or follow a program “perfectly” and the unnecessary friction that caused in many folks’ relationship to training.

It’s easier to show up when the expectation isn’t to show up perfectly every day.

Over the years, we’ve found that when folks work within a progressive structure that ALSO encourages practicing bodily autonomy (ie. choosing what feels right each day from multiple options), they can show up more consistently.

This approach to training has helped us and our clients foster not only amazing strength gains That translate to life outside of the gym*, but also:

  • a deeper enjoyment of the process

  • increased attunement to their movement needs day to day, &

  • a healthier relationship with exercise that will benefit them (we hope) for the rest of their lives.

*Life outside of the gym

Each program we create for Buff Brekky Club is made with this caring, intentionally adaptable ethos.

As a result, our cohort members experience lasting results similar to working with us 1:1.

“I felt excited to hit the gym, it's been hard to produce momentum by myself.

I found that I looked forward to gym days, receiving fun & thoughtful programming, & learning some new skills.

My gym nerd enthusiasm is back!”

-R, member since 2022

“I finally feel like my training is complimenting my other fun activities instead of getting in the way of them.

It's wildly helpful to know my coaches support my effort to listen to my body over completing every session perfectly."

-M, member since 2021

FAQs

  • Our groups are designed for those with an intermediate to advanced skill level in the classic kettlebell and barbell lifts.

If you can already swing, clean, snatch, and getup with confidence and finesse (or if you’re not quite there with the finesse, but could be with some support), our groups were made for you.

Since it’s an online program, you’ll need to be comfortable trying out new-to-you moves on your own, and it also helps if you’ve followed strength training programs in the past.

  • Absolutely. We provide scalable options for these and other movements so that you can train the variation that makes sense for you today (based on your current skill level, goals, and preferences.)

This way, you can build up to the more advanced variations if you want (or not!) If none of the alternatives listed work for you, we’re happy to help you find one.

  • Yep! We're happy to review one movement per month at no extra charge!

You'll send us a video of your chosen lift, and then we'll send you one back offering personalized cues and tips.

This is a nice level of support if you don't need too much feedback but do want the option of a check-in here and there.

  • Yup!

If you want to begin when a new training block starts, join our mailing list, and we’ll email you a reminder.

No matter when you sign up, you will start at the beginning of the current cycle.

When the next cycle starts, we’ll roll you into it so that you’ll be on the same timing as everyone in your group.

  • No shame or judgment for adapting the program to fit your needs. On the contrary, it’s intentionally flexible so that people with various backgrounds and schedules can make it work for them.

No penalty for missing a session. If you aren’t able to complete them all, no big deal. Sometimes doing the bare minimum or skipping a workout altogether is the healthier choice anyway. ;)

    No diet or nutrition advice.

  • You can check the onboarding resources we will provide you with upon joining, and if the answer isn’t in there, just DM us in the app either privately or in the group chat!

  • First - feelin’ for you! We have no way of answering this without knowing more of your unique context.

We can say that there is a bit of a learning curve to understanding the format & lingo. Folks usually get into a groove with it after a couple of weeks, but in case you don’t feel like you have the capacity for that right now, maybe wait until later. You may need something super basic for this season, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

Some members who have been in the crew for months or years and have gone through tough times have said the program has been supportive during those times, even when they haven’t been able to do as much.

  • Your subscription auto-renews, so there’s no interruption in your programming.

There’s no minimum commitment, so you can cancel anytime. Please give us a few days' notice before your billing date so we can process the change in time.

  • We offer this for folks whose financial situation makes the price unsustainable for them (ex: those who use a different currency, people who are experiencing financial hardship, etc.)

We believe that access to training should not be based on class or financial status.

If you want to use this option, please email us at hi@liftwithhollyandarryn.com, and we will find a sustainable price for you.

  • "Learning a brand new skill was humbling but super fun. I loved the challenge and how I was able to see progress through each session. Really well-programmed, I thought!"

    J, member from 2021-2023

  • “I def went up in weight for several movements b/c of the awesome way you program. I continue to feel successful in my workouts b/c of the mindset you model in terms of flexibility rather than so many other folks who push an "all-or-nothing" dogma. I am incredibly consistent b/c I feel comfortable modifying things or tuning up or down based on my energy level and time constraints.”

    Emily, member since 2021

  • “Sessions leave me feeling satisfied AF! They’re the highlight of my week and have been so crucial to anxiety management. Signing up continues to be the greatest gift I could have given myself, and I’m so grateful to you for being amazing humans."

    Nour, member from 2020-2022
