The name is a combo of two of our favorite things ever - Boba Tea & Kettlebell Ballistics.

Boba-llistics is a sequence of quick kettlebell finishers that are designed to leave you feeling invigorated, instead of dead-on-the-floor-exhausted!

You can add them to the end of your strength work for the day, or do them on their own.

BASICALLY, If you need something quick, sweaty, and fun that won’t leave you feeling exhausted for the rest of the day, we made Boba-llistics for you!

Boba-llistics is the least rigid protocol we’ve released to the public. The 12 sessions provide structure, but then - just like boba! - it’s up to you to customize!

YOU determine the number of sets each day based on how you feel & how much time you have. There’s no “Do this many sets or rounds.”, though there is a test day periodically with 2-arm swings as a way to measure your progress.

All sessions can be done in anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes, up to you. The program is designed in such a way that you could cycle through the sequence many times over and continue to gain strength and endurance.

It also includes the widest variety of movements in one of our DIY programs ever, since it’s more about ✨ feeling good ✨ than achieving a specific ballistics goal!

There are: 1-arm snatches, 1 and 2-arm swings, alternating swings, double cleans (continuous and reset), double swings, 2-arm resets, deadliftees, step-back goblet cleans, dead snatches, explosive goblet squats, 1.5, regular goblet squats, and some jumping! YUP!
